About Sean Keenan
​Sean Keenan is a Vice President with Oakhurst Realty Partners, with 30 years of real-world experience in business ownership, restaurant operations, and commercial real estate.
Prior to entering brokerage, Sean spent over 27 years as an owner-operator, founding and operating six successful restaurants along with a live-music and private-event venue. His experience spans the full lifecycle of restaurant development and operations, including concept creation, business planning, budgeting, site selection, space planning, branding, and day-to-day execution. Sean has a deep, practical understanding of what drives profitability, scalability, and long-term value in food and beverage operations. Sean’s background as an owner provides him with a unique perspective when advising clients on restaurant and business sales. He understands firsthand how buyers evaluate opportunities and how sellers can best position their businesses to maximize value and ensure a successful transaction. In addition to his operational expertise, Sean served as a partner and project manager at a construction company, where he oversaw residential renovations and new construction projects. This experience enhances his ability to evaluate properties, buildouts, capital improvements, and redevelopment potential with a critical and informed eye. Today, Sean specializes in restaurant and business sales, landlord representation, acquisitions, and retail tenant representation. He leverages his combined operational, construction, and brokerage experience to deliver strategic, real-world guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex transactions with confidence, clarity, and trusted expertise. Sean earned a Bachelor's in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island College of Business.
